NYCIC currently offers venture capital types of investment and loans in the form of subordinated debt, both in amounts up to $1 million. Companies interested in obtaining venture capital should submit a business plan. To assist in handling applications you are asked to complete a short intake form. This can be downloaded and either e-mailed or faxed to us.
